Who We Are

About Us

The owners of Heather Cottage are husband and wife team- Adam Chyzy and Joanna Prystupa.

“We absolutely love Scotland! Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire have got the most wonderful scenery to admire!

We are big fans of angling and can talk about it for hours.

River Dee offers one of the best possibilities to fish for salmon in Scotland. We are also passionate foodies, collect whiskey and appreciate tasting it by the fire.

We are fascinated by Scottish traditions, culture and we’ve tried our best to provide high-quality luxury accommodation with a unique twist by affording guests an experience that is truly special.

Having stayed in inspiring apartments, we collated all the good points and created Heather Cottage that provides high-end luxury accommodation.

We aim to ensure that hand-selected items complement the décor and furnishings to give our guests an unforgettable experience of staying in Aberdeen, of staying in the wonderful part of Scotland.

We endeavour for the guests to have the very best in luxury accommodation, unrivaled in today’s short-term rental market. It was painstaking work and planning to create this unique space over 3 floors which turned out to be a truly magnificent “home from home” experience whether our guests are here for business or pleasure.

Come stay with Heather Cottage! Put your feet up and relax with mesmerizing fire from the woodburning stove.

The bottle of good wine will await you!”
